it seems we have this neglected approach

to African dresses and lost stitching. (she’s

so confused with her choice of coffee

that love is not even on the menu )

she cried in my car because she

saw those girls having fun,

loving each other, neglecting her.

so fuck the social media, fuck

the “in your face play by play

action of petty lives”. she gets it

and is only fourteen, but i sell

it to lovers, dreamers,

i write it mostly for you

but you’re gone

into the

mist.

It gets foggy, and rainy,

i wake up to see the sunsets,

nothing changes but my

storage on my phone.

you like my new poem?

you don’t even read me. you

prefer to touch me

in my sleep. wake me in my

death. i’m still a vampire, i joke.

you bite my neck and

slap my ass.

you kiss my…

Texas and Louisiana already had too much rain. Lower MS and AL had bunches, too. We had sprinkling and just hot and muggy today so far, yu,kkkkkkkkkkkkkk

      • Just enjoy yourself and don’t get spring cold or phew-moan-ya ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Kiddies version of what I had earlier in the year, wasn’t pretty but they tried to make it hurt less with their interpretations. <3(๑̀ ͜ʖ๑́)<3 .
Hard to feel too bad with these Princesses around me, indeed. I avoid hospitals as much as possible, they don't understand how important my "little ones" are to my health and attitude.
They're like "Energizer Bunnies" who can make everyone smile and laugh (even when they're not feeling perfect).

      • Good for you, always being exposed to little kids and their ailments sometimes is the best way to stay healthy, less meds, more natural remedies, at least in our Clan. Of course there can be an overload of garlic in our place on occasion. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Good thing we live in a no vampire zoned neighborhood.

      • Best of luck with graduations. I remember a few of those and I look forward to many more from a large extended family outside our Clan. My Nephew and Nieces will be home schooled by me with exception of Language Arts, a little out of my Mute league. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I’m pretty sure their Mom will ensure they will learn “correct English, Spanish and German” without my Southern US/Dutch accent <3(๑̀ ͜ʖ๑́)<3 .

      • You are an amazing grandfather and I’m sure father. Men like you are rare. 🙂 As for the kids in my class, the show I put on for the parents, no dry tears in the house! Sad goodbyes, new beginnings, the cycle of life, education, children, parenting….as we age we see clearer. 🙂 great weekend George. x

      • Indeed, we see clearer and understand the important priorities in life, I must agree. I’m finally understanding the lessons my Grandparents tried to explain so often while I was “too busy becoming a man” to listen to for more than 10 seconds. Wonder how smart I’d be if I’d be mute as a teenager instead of “deaf” in perspective. TY for your kind words. I hope the parents appreciate your effort and dedication invested toward their educations. There were so many good teachers that helped influence the young lives of my Kids, I hope I remembered to thank them enough, but probably not, I am sure my wife picked up my slack in that area, often I was more gone than home. She was the real Warrior in our Clan. We are just making sure we don’t mess up what she set in motion so long ago.
Wishing you also a great joy-filled weekend. I’m going to avoid the Sun and Humidity and try not to catch the “Mugginess”
        ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
