Love Doesn’t Come Easy

Love doesn’t come easy, but when it arrives in its purest and fullest forms, it is so worth the risks and costs. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Beasts of Articulation

Here is my entry for the writing challenge for the week of May 11th to use the following words in a poem: sunset, beauty, and silver.

Fire in Her Eyes

I know love doesn’t come easy,

So few think its true,

The fire dances in your eyes,

Telling me you aren’t through,

A reminder from the fiery hue of a sunset,

Echoes of the burning in your heart,

Each time I fall upon your loving gaze,

The emptiness felt when we are apart,

A photograph to showcase your beauty,

Always brings a smile to my face,

How special you are to me,

Know no gold or silver could ever replace,

We’ll be together forever,

Even after the day we die,

Nothing will stop our love,

I’ll walk with you for eternity in the sky.
